This page explains what information we collect and what we do with it. "We" means HVAC Front Desk. "You" means anyone who visits this site or contacts us.

What we collect on this website

When you fill out the walkthrough form, we collect what you type in: your name, company, phone number, email address, the best time to reach you, and your message.

Like most websites, our servers also keep basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you asked for. We use these to keep the site running and to block abuse.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
• This site has no advertising trackers and no tracking cookies.

How we use what you send us

We use your form details to contact you about a walkthrough. If you become a customer, we also use them to set up and support your service. We don't add you to a mailing list.

Calls we answer for our customers

When we answer calls for an HVAC company, we handle caller details for that company, such as the caller's name, phone number, address and reason for calling. We use them to book the job and send the company a summary. That information belongs to the company we're answering for. We use it only to provide the service, and we handle it under our agreement with that company.

Cookies

The public pages of this site don't set tracking cookies. Our client login area uses one cookie to keep you signed in, and the login area needs it to work.

How long we keep information

We keep walkthrough requests for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and then we delete them. We keep customer data for as long as our agreement with the customer says.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information you sent us, correct it or delete it. Send your request through the form on our home page and say what you'd like us to do.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
