What this site is for

This site describes the HVAC Front Desk receptionist service and lets you ask for a walkthrough. Information here is general. It isn't a quote or a contract.

A separate agreement covers our service

If you sign up, a written agreement between your company and us covers your service. That agreement sets the price and what's included. If it conflicts with this page, the agreement applies.

Examples on this site

The sample call, the sample work order and the missed calls calculator are examples. We made up the names and prices in them. The calculator multiplies the numbers you enter. None of it is a promise of results.

Using the site fairly

• Don't try to break into or overload the site.
• Don't send spam or false information through our forms.

Only our customers may use the client login area.

Our content

We own the text and graphics on this site. You may share links to it.

No warranty

We keep this site as accurate as we can, and we provide it "as is." We aren't responsible for losses from using the website itself. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law or under a signed service agreement.
